Today we read What’s in the Pond? by Anne Hunter. We played on the playground for 30 minutes. We sang “A Peanut Sat on a Railroad Track,” “The Wheels on the Bus,” “Rain, Rain Go Away,” and “Goldfish.”

Today we went to Duzine to participate in their Earth Day celebration. We watched a puppet show; learned about plants growing in the garden; participated in a scavenger hunt; learned the names of farm animals (and the sounds they make) in Spanish; tasted pea sprouts, fennel, and mint; and listened to a story.
